Accumulated substances in probes can cause slight signal variations, emphasizing the need for periodic recalibration.

We guarantee the Pulsar feeder's optimal performance through a meticulous inspection and replacement of any worn components. In the case of a Cal Hypo feeder, we conduct a thorough cleaning process to eliminate any residue buildup resulting from the use of chlorine briquettes, restoring the feeder to a pristine, like-new condition.

We conduct a comprehensive evaluation addressing various concerns. We check for aging poly tubing to prevent cracking, monitor and stop water leaks from worsening, and ensure safe chemical storage to prevent accidental mixing or misuse. If issues arise, we promptly inform the facility operator and collaborate on tailored solutions.

As part of our monthly service, we offer complimentary delivery on your scheduled service day. Prior to our visit to your facility, we'll proactively contact you to confirm the availability of all the necessary chemicals and miscellaneous equipment to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience.

We provide a cutting-edge feature known as remote monitoring. With the latest enhancement to the Bec's controller, operators now have the capability to access real-time information on pool chemical levels, ensuring up-to-the-minute insights into pool conditions.
